Project 01
Designed to fit standard-size 12V 20Ah sealed lead-acid (SLA/AGM/VRLA) batteries.
Project 02
Hard-to-find interior clips, custom-designed to fit your vehicle.
What it can help with
Adjust dimensions, mounting points, clearances and features to suit a new requirement.
Address geometry issues and prepare an agreed export for the next production step.
Develop changes to existing parts using drawings, measurements or scan data as reference.
The process
We review your source files, constraints and the purpose of the modification.
The agreed changes are prepared for your review, with critical dimensions identified.
Approved geometry is exported in the agreed formats for your next step.
Preparing your brief
Before you begin
Possibly. STL files contain triangles rather than the original design features. Simple changes may be practical; larger changes can require rebuilding the geometry.
These can provide a starting point. Include dimensions and intended use so the modelling or reconstruction work can be assessed.
Preparation is based on the production method and requirements you provide. Critical fit, tolerances and performance should be checked before committing to production.
Your next step
Include your files, requirements and deadline so the scope can be reviewed.
